Center Guiding System
The centre guide makes sure that the fabric is guided down the centre of the line. The fabric is centred by the rollers moving and swivelling. Center Guiding System is featuring like, the fabric is centred along its route through the line. Also, self adjustment to the fabric width is achieved by scanning for the fabric edge. Center Guiding System designed to find defect from fabric. Defect free fabric needs constant tension and must be perfectly centered. Also, defect free fabric with properly guided throughout its run in tyre cord dipping machine. Load cells provide closed loop control for tension. Centering arrangements are provided as required by the process and the fabric including web aligners and expanders.
